We’re huge believers in automated workflows– they save time and let you focus on what’s really important. Zapier makes it easy for business people to automate tasks between web services by creating Zaps. It's like glue, for the internet. For example, you can build Zaps to automate email reminders, send customer thank yous or even consolidate information from multiple services into your CRM.
We want to make it is as easy as possible to leverage DocSend engagement notifications and reporting directly within your workflow. That's why we recently launched a native integration with Salesforce. Now, with Zapier you can connect DocSend to hundreds of web apps including all major CRMs, marketing automation systems like HubSpot, and even communication tools like Slack.
The possibilities are endless. We've put together a few example Zaps to help you get started:
HubSpot
With this Zap, you can use DocSend to power whitepapers, case studies, or other content marketing collateral for lead generation by automatically adding new visitors to HubSpot as contacts.
When someone visits one of your DocSend links, Zapier will create a new contact in your HubSpot account using the visitor's email address. From there, you can kick off your marketing automation magic!
HubSpot CRM
With this Zap, you can use DocSend for sales lead generation by automatically adding new DocSend visitors to HubSpot CRM as contacts. When someone visits one of your DocSend links, Zapier will create a new contact in your HubSpot CRM account using the visitor's email address.
Capsule CRM
Add notes to people in Capsule CRM for new DocSend visits. When someone visits one of your DocSend links, Zapier will create a new note on the matching person in your Capsule CRM account.
Infusionsoft
Use DocSend for lead generation by automatically adding DocSend visitors as contacts in Infusionsoft. When someone visits one of your DocSend links, Zapier will create a new contact in your Infusionsoft account.
