All sellers face one major challenge, and that’s finding more time to sell.
That’s more time to research new accounts, to prospect into them, and to close the ones that are already in their pipeline.
Only problem is, the average seller loses 31% of her time to administrative tasks, like searching for relevant content or figuring out how to use new tools.
Here at DocSend, our mission is to enable sellers to spend more time on the things that really matter — their accounts and its decision makers.
That’s why we’re bringing full-text search to DocSend and making it easier than ever for sellers to get the content they need, exactly when they need it.
Content discovery made simple
Full-text search puts content at sellers’ fingertips in a whole new way.
Now, when you search for something in DocSend, we’ll look for matches in the name, notes, and, for documents, within the text. We’ll even search for matches in the link structure of your web content (that’s anything that starts with “http”!).
And, as we already do, we’ll search across your entire library in DocSend. That’s everything from Content, Spaces, Links, and Campaign Links to Accounts and Contacts.
We’ve designed our new search capabilities to be smart and efficient. So, when you enter a new search term, you’ll automatically see the best matches first, ranked by relevance.
Full-text search is also available in our Chrome, Gmail, and Outlook extensions. Wherever you work, connecting your sellers to business-critical content has never been more seamless.
Ready to see it in action?
Full-text search is available for all DocSend users, no matter your plan. Just sign into your DocSend account, head to the search bar, and give it a whirl.
